RETURNS

ACS Designer bathrooms wants all clients to be 100% satisfied when shopping from us as such If for any reason you would like to return an item that has been purchased, we will happily accept it for a credit or exchange (exc. shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of your delivery date, as long as it’s in original packaging and condtion. However, if a product is installed it is deemed acceptaed by client and can not be returned.

Conditions and limitations:

  • A 20% handling and restocking fee applies on all returns Restocking Fees Explained
  • Due to their heavy nature and subsidised freight content, ACS does not accept the return of any Bath Tubs
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable
  • You have 30 days after your delivery date to contact us about your return
  • We only accept a return for credit or exchange (credit vouchers are valid for 60 days only)
  • The returned product(s) must be unused, in its original packaging and must not have been installed or attempted to be installed
  • You are responsible for packaging and shipping the returned product(s) to ACS Designer Bathrooms Warehouse at Warehouse 2, 706 Mowbray Rd NSW 2066
  • We will credit your purchase only after we have received and inspected the returned goods
  • All clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • All custom items and items marked ‘special’ are non-refundable and non-returnable


Regarding your return enquiry, the following is required to continue:

  • Click on this link and fill in the form to completion ACS Customer Return Request Form
  • Click on this link and upload no less then 3 photos of the product/s you intend to return showing the product and box condition using your invoice number as a reference (as the file name/s) ACS Photo Upload Folder

  • A service team member will address your submission and be in contact via email within 72 hours of receipt
  • A service reference number will be provided to you if the claim is accepted
