Delivery

Delivery cost and times are calculated on the size and weight of your total order, location and the delivery option chosen.

Once the product leaves ACS Designer Bathroom Warehouse an email notification will be sent out to you, once you receive the notification you can then track the item through the third party carrier

Important: Delivery Conditions

  • The invoice must be fully paid with clear funds before we can ship the goods to the client (You can not pay the driver as they work for a third party)
  • All deliveries will be Mon-Fri between 10am and 3pm unless otherwise advised by the carrier (Client must contact the carrier for updates)
  • Please ensure all goods listed on the delivery docket enclosed have arrived to you and are in good order
  • A signature received from the recipient is deemed as acceptance of the goods condition at the time of receipt
  • Any claims of damage or short delivery must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery docket. ACS Designer Bathroom takes no responsibility thereafter. MUST Send Images of any damage to service@acsbathrooms.com.au
  • Be advised the driver will require assistance by the receiver to unload for large items.
  • All deliveries are made to front of the lot and no further. Stone baths will be delivered within the lot as far as a pallet jack can travel (Please note: Deliveries will be made to the front of the house where possible we do not deliver inside the house and we cannot go past stairs, loose surface, steep driveways uneven surfaces. In such circumstances the goods will be dropped off at that point and the client must organise their own labourers to take the goods)
